In order to gear up for the release of the highly anticipated first-person shooter Destiny 2, developer Bungie and publisher Activision released a brand new trailer for the game.

The trailer, which you can check out at the end of the article, shows off the game's primary antagonist Ghaul, who is described in the trailer as a "commander, destroyer, and megolomaniac."

In other Destiny 2 news, earlier this morning another trailer was released, titled "What is Destiny 2", which provides a quick overview of what to expect in the game. It was also announced that players will no longer need to equip their most powerful gear when decrypting engrams, as the game will automatically search for your best possible loadout.

Destiny 2 is set to be officially released on September 5th, 2017, and will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC. Players who pre-order the game will receive exclusive access to both the Coldheart Exotic Trace Rifle, and the Kill-Tracker Ghost, which, as the name suggests, will track your kills from the both the single-player and PvP.
