An old friend (actually an old enemy) is going to return to Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn with patch 2.1 in December: King Moggle Mog XII, together with his warmongering entourage. Today Square Enix released a few screenshots related to the encounter.

The 8 vs 8 PvE battle will of course offer plenty loot for those good enough to defeat the moogles. We know most of it, as it was already included in the original version of the game, but the Summoner/Scholar book will be all new, and extremely cute, as you can see in the screenies below.
