Today’s issue of Weekly Famitsu included a large article on Final Fantasy XV, bringing lots of screenshots and information on the upcoming JRPG that will be released on September 30th for PS4 and Xbox One.

First of all, we get to take a much better look at Iris Amicitia and Ravus Nox Fleuret, respectively Gladio’s sister and Luna’s brother, that we glimpsed on Weekly Jump last week.

Then we get to take a look to sub-quests that NPCs will provide. Conversation options during these sub-quest events will be available, changing the parameters of the quest.

Another kind of quest are “mobhunts” which are basically bounties that prompt the protagonists to hunt dangerous monsters in the open world.

The game also includes plenty of shops, where you’ll be able to purchase recovery items, potions, ingredients for cooking ¬†and local merchandise. There are also weapon shops with a different assortment for each location. Players can have fun hunting down the right place to purchase the weapon they want.

We also get to see combat with link attacks and the ability to instruct fellow characters to perform specific attacks in certain times.

You can check all the screenshots out below.
