New Game by Clock Tower Creator, Silent Hill Monster Designer and Ju-on Director to Be Announced Tomorrow

Horror fans are going to get a treat tomorrow, as a press release just announced that a new game is going to be disclosed during the Indie Stream Fes right after the end of the Tokyo Game Show day.

The new indie game, for yet undisclosed platforms, will be created by three masters of the horror, and the press releases describes it as a “major announcement that will take the game industry by storm.”

The development team will include Hifumi Kono, CEO of Nude Maker an dwell known for having directed the first two games of the Clock Tower series for SNES and PlayStation, the original Steel Battalion and Infinite Space, Masahiro Ito, Monster Designer in the first Silent Hill and Art Director of the second and third chapters of the series, and Takashi Shimizu, acclaimed director of the horror movie Ju-on and its remake The Grudge.

No further information was given, but the names involved are definitely of high profile. We’ll know more tomorrow morning.
