Today Cryptozoic Entertainment released a new video about their TCG/MMO HEX: Shards of Fate, that is  now way past the halfway point to its Kickstarter goal with $166,671 raised from 1,439 backers.

The video includes a chat between Cryptozoic's President Cory Jones and Lead System Designer Kevin Jordan (that had the same role on World of Warcraft) as they talk about the MMORPG elements of the game like classes, leveling, equipment, dungeons and raids.

I honestly don't have the slightest idea on how dungeons could work in a trading cards game, but apparently they'll be heavily based on puzzle gameplay and deck building, and will drop phat loot in the form of equipment and new cards. Each dungeon will take an average of four or five hours of your life, and I'm honestly curious to see what kind of gameplay they'll offer.

You can check the video out below, and if you want to help reaching the goal you can check the official Kickstarter page.
