New Neptunia MK-2 Screens Show Off Keiji Inafune Sword in Detail

Yes, that is a thing, folks. Keiji Inafune, co-creator of Mega Man, among many other notable Capcom titles, will be represented in Hyperdimension Neptunia MK-2 as a sword. He’ll have his face on a sword. Go him! This latest batch of screens from the game show off this sword in action, as well as the individual model for the sword on a light and dark background. There’s also this weird shot of him shooting what appears to be a huge laser beam of some sort out of his mouth. Again, this is a thing.

Of course, that isn’t completely out of the realm of possibility with a game that is built upon creating a huge parody of the real life videogame industry. One of the biggest names in the industry actually being in the game itself in some way is just the next logical evolutionary step, wouldn’t you say? Hit the break for the goods.
