New Neverwinter Trailer Shows What Was Once the Jewel of the North

The sprawling city of Neverwinter was once claled the jewel of the north, yet a century after the catastrophic event named Spellplague, it’s just a shadow of its former glory, and it struggles against dangers from within and from beyond its once mighty walls.

Today Cryptic released a new Neverwinter trailer showing just that. A rather extensive and narrated glimpse on what will be the main setting of the game. The city is very different from what we knew and loved in Neverwinter Nights, but some elements are still recognizable.

Personally, i’ve been missing the city since the times of our battle against the Faceless Man, so it’ll be a pleasure to revisit it. It’s not like it was really in any good shape before, anyway.
