Now that we know that we’ll be able to play Phantasy Star Online 2  in the west next year, the interest for Sega’s upcoming online RPG has grown even on this side of the Pacific Ocean. Today the publisher gave is a further look into the game by releasing a new gameplay trailer from the Japanese servers.

The trailer shows a new urban dungeon, quite a few characters performing some cutesy emotes, and, last but not least, an immense mecha battleship that will play the role of the final boss of the aforementioned dungeon. The fight itself seems extremely interesting and dynamic, with players having to climb the sides of the battleship in order to reach weaker spots.

You can watch the trailer yourself below, and anticipate the moment in which we’ll be able to dodge clouds of missiles on our own English speaking PCs.
