New PS4 and PS VIta Themes for PS4 Exclusive Disgaea 5 Released on the Japanese PSN; Screenshots Inside

Today Sony Computer Entertainment and Nippon Ichi Software published two new themes on the Japanese PlayStation Store, inspired by the upcoming PS4 exclusive JRPG Disgaea 5: Alliance of Vengeance.

The PS4 theme can be found here, while the PS Vita one is here (remember to log out of your US or Euro account before accessing the link, or use an incognito browser page, or they won’t work).

Both themes will have a custom BGM from the game, and the PS4 one will also have a custom sound effect for the cursor.

Unfortunately, they are not free, and they cost 300 yen each ($2.47).

In order to get them, you need a Japanese PSN account (you can follow this guide to create one). Once downloaded, the PS4 theme will work with any account of yours. The same cannot unfortunately be said about the PS Vita theme, since Sony’s portable does not support account switching.

You can check out a screenshot of the PS4 theme above, while the PS Vita one is in the gallery below.
