New Release Rundown Week of 1/17

on January 18, 2010 8:50 PM

Welcome everyone, to another New Release Rundown. This week the major multi-platform release is Dark Void, the supposed lost title from Capcom. The game brags it’s ability to let you fight everywhere, from the demo I was a skeptic, but as always, the demo is not the final authority on a game’s quality. The PSP and PS2 are both seeing the release of Silent Hill: Shattered Memories, which released for the Wii at the end of last year. Glory of Heracles is releasing for the DS, which is an interesting little RPG. Although IGN stated that it was a new IP at E3, it is actually a franchise of Japanese-released RPGs dating back to 1987, definitely a game that should be considered.

As always, there is a full release list below this post, so check it out. Also, if you want to hear further discussion, listen to the ShockCast, where we discuss the new releases. You can get the ShockCast right here, or on iTunes every Wednesday. Go spend some cash!
