New TERA Screens Show Off How Pretty This Game Looks

Yes, there is a new MMO in town that I’m rather interested in, even though I just discovered only a short while ago. This MMO is called TERA: The Exiled Realm of Arborea, from the folks at En Masse Entertainment. What is TERA, you ask? It is your standard fantasy-style MMO, with a few tweaks, most notably its more action-packed, tactical battle system. Let’s click through and take a look at some of the screens.

The new screens released today show off an area in the game called Oblivion Woods (original, I know). Here’s how it is described:

Vibrant wildflowers bloom under a swaying verdant canopy and docile woodland creatures hide in tufts of foliage. But there are more than tall trees and furry critters in this land: groups of Devan skirmishers have set up camp near Crescentia and hulking Basilisks roam wild, attacking adventurers who stray too near.

I would imagine the Basilisks are represented by that big, fugly creature you’ll notice in one of the shots below, right?

This has to be one of the prettiest MMOs to come along in a while, and I’m digging the art style and everything. So, check out the three shots below and, if you’re interested in learning more, head on over to the game’s official site and read up!
