After its availability as pre-download started yesterday, today Square Enix officially launched in Japan the prequel to the Valkyrie Profile series, Valkyrie Anatomia: The Origin.

The game is available on Android and iOS, and it's actually quite good, with really charming visuals, a solid battle system, and great music.

To celebrate the release, the publisher released a launch trailer, that you can enjoy below alongside a piece of key artwork. If you want to see gameplay, you can check it out here.

Hopefully this will be localized, because it's one of the few mobile games that I really want to play extensively.
