Some of us already knew that another Warhammer MMO was in the works. Not that the current Warhammer Online MMO is that bad, but, let's face it - it isn't at all that great. It looks good as hell, but it's missing some "umph." And that "umph," ladies and gentlemen, is the very thing that made the series just as - if not a bit more - badass that StarCraft: blood bathing marines that walk around with big guns and a chainsaw sword, and an arsenal of weaponry and mechanics that offer ooh's and ah's in the experience.

Darksiders developer Vigil is currently working on a Warhammer 40,000 MMO for that past couple of years. If anyone has a chubby here, it would be me. I was hoping for either a StarCraft or Warhammer 40,000 MMO. I was getting a bit tired of roaming through MMOs and having to continuously play through a civilization of medieval-esque characters, and, thankfully, Vigil heard my cries of despair. There hasn't been a set release date or too much talk on the MMO being that it's been kept secretly under wraps for a bit.

If you're interested in taking a glance at some sexy lookin' images of the upcoming Warhammer MMO, head over to Kotaku and let your eyes feast on impressive artwork. If you've given up on MMOs, I bet this one is kind of tempting you to return.
