New World of Warships Screenshots and Renders Show Some Heavy Hitters

While we all know that World of Warplanes is still in beta, Wargaming has another ace up its collective sleeve: World of Warships. We haven’t seen much about the game yet, but what we’ve seen so far really looks fantastic.

Today they sent us a nice batch of screenshots and renders – that you can see below – and again, they look extremely good, so good that you’d think they all are renders, but that’s not the case.

The first two rows are actually screenshots, while the last row has renders of the old and glorious battleship USS New Mexico, that was built at the end of World War I and managed to survive all the way through World War II.

It’s hard not to be impressed by the level of detail they put in those models, isn’t it? As a World War II history buff, I know I’ll have a field day with this one.
