New Ys JRPG for PS4 and PS Vita Gets First Screenshots and Trailer

on September 2, 2014 4:51 PM

Yesterday during Sony Computer Entertainment Japan and Asia’s press conference, Nihon Falcom announced a new chapter of the Ys JRPG saga, which will land on PS4 and PS Vita this time around.

The game is scheduled for a 2015 release, even if there are very scant details at the moment, besides the fact that characters will have the ability to jump and combat will be heavily based on speed of execution.

For a glimpse on how it’ll look, you can check out the first screenshots and the trailer below. Unfortunately the quality of the video is low, as Nihon Falcom still didn’t officially release the trailer, and this is a direct recording from the livestream.
