Images from Wonder Festival 2018 Winter are coming hard and fast, and here is a treat straight from NieR: Automata.

Today FLARE showcased a new figure of protagonist 2B created by Mitsumasa Yoshizawa and officially licensed by Square Enix. As you can imagine, she looks absolutely fantastic.

Yoshizawa-san is well known in the figure community for having done some really lovely work, including Bayonetta (from the first game) and Sylvia from No More Heroes, also by FLARE. 2B's figure isn't any less beautiful.

The prototype was showcased already painted, and unlike other 2B figures, it doesn't appear to include her faithful pod (while a couple of other figures of the character do), but I doubt anyone would really notice the pod anyway, so it's not really an issue.

The figure will be sold directly by Square Enix, while both release date and price are still "to be determined."

You can check out the pictures below, courtesy of Yoshizawa-san himself, and some close-ups by ヒロク アサイ.

NieR: Automata is currently available for PS4 and PC. If you're unfamiliar with the game, you can check out our review.
