Nintendo Adds The Legend of Zelda Easter Egg to Google Maps

on March 4, 2016 10:11 AM

To celebrate the release of The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD, Nintendo partnered with Google to replace Pegman with Link in the browser version of Google Maps. Because Twilight Princess HD is coming out in Japan on March 10, 2016, expect the Pegman Link to stick around for the next five days.

It isn’t apparent whether that is the only addition to Google Maps, so play around and let us know if you spot anything out of the norm. The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD launches exclusively on Wii U today in North America and Europe.
