on January 15, 2016 7:37 AM

January is typically known as a bit of a slower time of the year for new game releases, though that shouldn’t stop you from picking up a few older titles at great prices to help keep your gaming schedule full of great games to play, thanks to Nintendo.

Nintendo has revealed a new series of discounts on the Nintendo eShop called the “Winter Warm-Up Sale,” which will be offering three weeks of discounts throughout the month for up to 30% off.

The first week of sales on the eShop is called the “Awesome Action!” sale, which will offer deals on various action titles for the Wii U and 3DS, including titles ranging from the Wii’s Punch-Out!! to Star Fox 64 3D, and more.

In addition to the discounts, a special offer is also being promoted for Mario vs. Donkey Kong Tipping Stars, which will offer those that purchase the Wii U version of the title during the sale a free download code for the 3DS version of the game.
