Yo-Kai Watch has proved to be a massive success in Japan, dominating pop culture, racking up awards and continuing to sell very well. Nintendo is finally bringing the title to the rest of the world this year and is hoping to capitalize on the game's sensational buzz.
The 3DS exclusive launches on November 6 in North America, and Nintendo of America will be hosting a launch event at the Nintnedo World center in New York City the very next day. Similar events have been hosted for games like Super Smash Bros., so the company clearly has some faith in Yo-Kai Watch's potential.
Members from Level 5 games will be in attendance as will the game's mascot Jibanyan.
