In a since deleted tweet, developer/publisher Nicalis announced that indie games 1001 Spikes and Cave Story will also be coming to Nintendo Switch. The tweet which said:

Isaac was lonely so we brought a few friends to keep him company. #NintendoSwitch

refers to The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+ which was announced as a launch game for Nintendo Switch just this morning. The tweet which went out early this morning on Nicalis' twitter has since been deleted. What that means in terms of the game announcements is unclear. Also noted in the picture attached in the tweet (seen above), players can see an unidentified fourth game, a dark mode version of the UI, black Joy-Con controllers and the option to change a user. However, it isn't clear from the get-go if any of these features are permanent inclusions or options only for development kits. Cave Story originally launched in 2004 on PC, later coming to Nintendo Wii, Nintendo DSi, and Nintendo 3DS. Meanwhile, 1001 Spikes launched on PC and Xbox One in 2014, later coming to Wii U, Nintendo 3DS, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation Vita.
