No Time to Explain Gets a Release Date, Also the Best Game Poster of the Year

on August 8, 2011 7:30 PM

That amazeballs poster above is the “official” promo poster for tinyBuildGAMES’ No Time to Explain, an absolutely crazy action-platformer featuring lasers, time travel, and giant monsters. If you have awesome memory, we’ve written about it numerous times before, and it should be a game you’re now looking forward to.

As if the poster wasn’t a gift from the gaming gods in itself, we also have a release date for No Time to Explain: August 15. Considering Bastion comes out the day after, next week is truly going to be a glorious week for indie games. We’ll most definitely try to have a review of this one up if possible; anything with giant lasers is a must-play for sure.

Allen is an utter whore of a gamer; he's completely open-minded to all games, be they AAA blockbusters or $5 casual children's games. His focus is on indie games specifically, valuing gameplay and ingenuity over sparkly visuals and ridiculous gimmicks. When he's not geeking out over the newest art game, he's out toning his sexy, sculpted shoulders while surfing epic 1.5ft waves, or having a good time with local, high-gravity microbrews.
