Today Koei Tecmo announced the Japanese release date of its upcoming Nobunaga's Ambition game, Nobunaga’s Ambition: Taishi.

The game will release in Japan on November 30th for PS4, Nintendo Switch and PC.

On top of the release date, we also get the first trailer, and a large batch of screenshots and and artwork.

We get to see a few of the warlords that will be available in the game (and when I say "a few" i mean it, because there are over 2,000), including Akechi Mitsuhide both wearing his armor and in a more peaceful outfit. Each warlord and general has his own will and aspirations, and that is what gave the title to the game. We also get a glimpse of Nohime, Oda Nobunaga's wife.

The 3D world is one of the most beautiful part of the game, and the screenshots show the areas of Azuchi and Osaka, which was  the theater of the battle that basically closed the Sengoku Jidai. Battle scenes and map gameplay are also showcased extensively.

At the moment we have no notice of a western release date, but we did get the previous installment of the series, so there is certainly hope.

In the meanwhile, you can chck out both trailer and screenshots below, and if you want to see more, you can enjoy another batch from April.
