Oculus Rift has offered PC gamers everywhere the chance to experience more immersive gaming thanks to the advances of virtual reality, and now those that are on the fence about jumping into VR have a better excuse than ever with a new summer promotion from Oculus marking the headset down to a significantly cheaper price.

Oculus has announced that the Oculus Rift VR headset (and its accompanying Oculus Touch controllers) are discounted online and at retail to $399 for a limited time as part of the company's "Summer of Rift" promotion, which offers one of the lowest prices yet on the headset + controller bundle.

Alongside the limited time price drop, Oculus also released a short promo video highlighting many of the experiences that will await players on the headset, including Rick and Morty: Virtual Rick-alityLone EchoWilson's HeartStar Trek: Bridge Crew, and many more.
