Vile Monarch and Crunching Koalas finally announced a release date for the Xbox One version of Oh…Sir!! The Insult Simulator today; it will be launching August 4.

Oh…Sir! The Insult Simulator released on PC, Mac, Linux, and mobile devices last year, before being announced for and coming to PS4 back in May. The game has sold over 200,000 copies so far. The Xbox One version of Oh…Sir!! The Insult Simulator was supposed to launch in June, but got delayed for unspecified reasons.

In Oh… Sir!! The Insult Simulator, players fight each other in a “duel of wits”, choosing from a selection of words to create quips and insults that will damage their opponent. Players can choose from ten different characters, who all have unique voices, traits, and insult components, and battle across five different environments.

There are a wide variety of modes for players to choose from. In Loner’s Insult Tournament Mode, players make their way through various “fights” against the CPU. Real-Life Friends Mode is the players local multiplayer mode, while Imaginary-Friends Mode allows for online play.
