Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising DLC Is A-Comin’

So it wasn’t the most popular FPS this year with its mixed reviews, but Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising does have its fanbase. And, by god, will these fans be happy to hear this news.

Codemasters’ Sion Lenton has revealed in an interview with Telegraph that the company is working on DLC for Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising, with the first barrage coming in mere weeks. Lenton also states that the company does have “ambitious plans” for the game’s upcoming DLC, though he only make gestures requisite weapons and map add-ons.

If you’re a fan of the game, you’re more than likely ecstatic to hear this news. If you’re not a fan of the game, you can just shrug your shoulders and move on. I haven’t played the game yet but am tempted to give it a whirl. I like experiencing games first-hand rather than having someone else tell me a game sucks.
