Originally launched earlier this year, Moon Studios’ Ori and the Blind Forest quickly drew much praise for its dynamic platforming action and vibrant visuals, and while a “Definitive Edition” of the games has been in the works, the studio confirmed that its arrival should be coming in the early part of next year.

In a tweet sent out through the game’s official Twitter account, Moon Studios confirmed that the Definitive Edition of Ori and the Blind Forest will release in Spring 2016 for Xbox One and PC, and while no further release dates or timeframes were revealed just yet, the studio confirmed that it “will have more news to share soon!”

Ori and the Blind Forest is currently available on Xbox One and PC, with the “Definitive Edition” release of the game coming in Spring 2016.
