New Zealand-based developer RocketWerkz has been hard at work on its follow-up to the critically acclaimed unique VR strategy game, Out of Ammo. Today, we get to see the first trailer for Out of Ammo: Death Drive.

Out of Ammo: Death Drive is at certain times a base-builder and other times all about the first-person action, wielding anything and everything to defend what's yours. The game also offers a sense of real-time strategy gameplay, as you will also be responsible for collecting scrap, placing defenses, and upgrading those defenses as more powerful enemies begin to approach.

Out of Ammo: Death Drive does not yet have a firm release date. It is expected to arrive on Steam for HTC Vive and Oculus Rift, taking advantage of the systems' controllers and 360-degree room scaling. For more information on Out of Ammo: Death Drive, you can check out the game's Steam page.
