After its debut last year as the home micro-console, reports detail that Ouya is in talks with several companies seeking acquisition to continue development and moving forward with its Android-powered gaming console.

Specifically, details show that Ouya is currently speaking to companies such as Google, Amazon, Tencent (owner of League of Legends developer Riot Games), and others to offer the company up for acquisition. In addition, Ouya has also been reported to be speaking with several Chinese groups and companies, especially in light of the country lifting its 14-year-long ban on sales of foreign consoles, and the launching of hardware from Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo in the country.

No deals or offers have been officially put on the table for the investment or acquisition of Ouya just yet, but stay tuned for more details as news continues to develop.
