As Twitch's premium membership service, Twitch Prime not only offers benefits like ad-free viewing and free channel subscriptions every month, but also has the chance for members to get special loot and perks for popular games, with Overwatch players getting a great benefit for the next few months.

Twitch Prime users can get five free Loot Boxes in Overwatch from now through September 10th, 2017 with an active membership and after linking the account with a Blizzard App account. Once linked, users will get a code to redeem on the Blizzard App for the loot boxes that can then be opened in-game. A Golden Loot Box is also available for new users that haven't linked their accounts yet with Twitch, and an additional five Loot Boxes will be available again in October through the service.

Twitch Prime is available as part of an Amazon Prime membership, and frequently has loot and items available for select games, such as recent collaborations with Watch Dogs 2PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, and more. Additional loot will be available for some of Blizzard's other titles coming up, such as Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft and Heroes of the Storm.
