on February 22, 2015 4:10 PM

NeoGAF user Pepsiman translated an interview (with help from crowdfunding) from the Persona World book, which came with the Megami Ibunronku Persona Digital Collection that released in 1998 as a Windows 95 CD-ROM:

Persona-Digital-Collection

The interview features three vital figures to the creation and development of the first Persona title: Cozy Okada (Shin Megami Tensei creator and director of Persona 1), Satomi Tadashi (scenario writer) and Kazuma Kaneko (art director) and includes some excellent insight into the title and developmental process.

You can check out the translated interview in the gallery below and do visit Pepsiman’s Tumblr page for his translator notes and additional information. Keep in mind, however, that the interview does contain some spoilers so read at your own discretion.
