Persona 4 Arena Brings Atlus Characters into the Fray This Summer

Who isn’t getting a fighting game these days? The characters from Atlus’ Persona 4 make their brawling debut later this year in Persona 4 Arena, which is already available for pre-order from GameStop and Amazon among others. The console-exclusive will let fans of the JRPG franchise step into the fray as Teddie, Agis and Chie Satanoka with other characters filling out the full roster.

The setup for this fury of fisticuffs? Apparently after the events of Persona 4 unfold, a TV show with a fighting tournament as its central focus pops up. And who doesn’t want to give their best friend a black eye in the name of good programming? Of course, the title will feature online multiplayer, so you can whack your pals in the face Persona style from halfway across the country.
