Persona 5’s Anime Cutscenes Are Made by Production I.G

If there is one anime studio that requires no introduction, that’s Production I.G, that created masterpieces like The Ghost in the Shell‘s anime movie and series.

As announced today in the studio’s official blog, they’re also behind Persona 5’s anime cutscenes.

No more details were shared, but the involvement of such a critically acclaimed studio is definitely going to add value to the game’s animated assets.

Persona 5 will be released in Japan for Ps4 and PS3 on September 15th. A western release window has not been announced yet, but will possibly come at E3.
