If you want to take part in the Japanese closed beta of the PS4 version of Phantasy Star Online 2, now it's the time try your luck, as applications are now open.

Applying is quite easy, and it doesn't require filling forms. All you have to do is to go to the Japanese PSN and grab a ticket for free.

Of course, to access the link above, you'll need a Japanese PlayStation Network account, and to receive the mail letting you know whether you've been accepted in the closed beta, you need to set your account so that it can receive promotional mail.

There should be fair chances to get in, considering that 50,000 slots are available. The beta will start on February 25th and end on March 6th, and you have until February 15th to get your ticket.

Those who will participate into the beta will get free items depending on the level reached for when the game will go live (the download will be available here when the beta will open). No PlayStation Plus subscription is required.
