While its development is taking a bit longer than usual, The Behemoth discussed Pit People Update 4: Vibrant Villains.

Unlike the last three update, Vibrant Villains will focus on the game's story, adding a couple of new Story quests. New quests have also been added to the quest board that yield specific gear for players upon completion. The update will also add a new world map that will have fifteen quests in it.

After this update, The House will have custom gear buttons for creatures and the Marquette will display how many items are being sold. In PvP sessions, players will also garner the ability to choose whether or not they are willing to face auto-battlers. The developers will reveal more of the update's features before it release. Vibrant Villains is still without a release date.

You can look at some new screenshots of the update below. Pit People is currently available on PC through Steam's Early Access program, and on Xbox One through Xbox Game Preview.
