on September 9, 2013 2:50 AM

During its press conference currently being aired from Tokyo, Sony Computer Entertainment Japan and Asia finally announced the release date for the Japanese market of the PlatStation 4.

The console will be hit the Japanese shelves on February the 22nd. Maybe it’s a little later than some expected, but it’s pretty much sure that Japanese gamers will still buy the new console in droves, especially thanks to the special ┬áday one package that will include a downloadable copy of Knack.

The price will be 41,979 yen including tax without the camera and 46,179 yen bundled with the camera.

Definitely a multi-platform gamer, he still holds the old dear PC nearest to his heart, while not disregarding any console on the market. RPGs (of any nationality) and MMORPGs are his daily bread, but he enjoys almost every other genre, prominently racing simulators, action and sandbox games. He is also one of the few surviving fans of the flight simulator genre on Earth.
