Today Sega released a large batch of new screenshots and information about Yakuza Zero, the upcoming prequel of the Yakuza series, which will be released in Japan on March 12th for PS4 and PS3.

Specifically, we get to take a look at some of the side activities and minigames which will be available in the game.

Kamurocho Moneyland is a management minigame that will see us try to take control of the seedy establishment in five areas of the fictional Kamurocho district (based on Tokyo's Kabukicho).

The player will be able to invest in different kind of establishment to raise his control rate of each area and expand his Kazuma Kiryu's territory against rival gangs. Control of human resources will be the key, and it will provide a steady income that can be used in the rest of the game or reinvested.

It'll be possible to control Managers to influence the economy of the area and protect it from rival acquisitions. Guards will keep at bay rival gangs and will put a stop to troublemakers that could hinder the flow of income. Consultants will be indispensable to properly develop each area.

Fighting against us for control there will be the "five billionaires of Kamurocho," namely the Entertainment King, the Electronic King, the Sex King, the Theater King and the Gambling King. Each will initially control one area and will have different attributes and abilities.

On the other side of Japan Goro Majima will have to handle a cabaret club in Soutembori (the fictional version of the real district of Dotonbori in Osaka), putting us in charge of grooming the hostesses and making sure they keep the customers entertained. It'll also be possible to date the hostesses like in the previous games of the series.

We also get to see a few of the gambling activities coming with the game, from the typically Japanese hanafuda cards to Roulette and Blackjack.

Finally, Sega released a video showcasing the ten winners of the "Sexy Actress" audition, who will play the hostesses in the game. You can see them all below, on top of the gallery.
