No idea if it's still up at this moment, but today is the day that the PSN Welcome Back offerings stop being offered, so you'd better grab that stuff if you've been procrastinating, though if you've procrastinated this long, it doesn't seem like you really deserve the games.
I'm definitely satisfied with the deal; I've been playing a good deal of Super Stardust HD and Wipeout HD lately, and both are fantastic games. I never really used PSN much anyway, so I had no problems with the deal.
