PlayStation Plus Will Soon Let You Vote on Which “Free” Games You Want

on July 31, 2015 5:00 PM

How many times you saw a month’s PlayStation Plus line-up and you wished that there was a different game available? Soon you’ll be able to influence that list with the “Vote to Play” feature.

Basically, Sony will give a list of games, and PS Plus subscribers will be able to vote on which one they want for “free” in the upcoming month (airquotes obligatory, as the games aren’t really “free”).

The game that gets the most votes will automatically be included in the upcoming line-up. Of course we don’t know just yet how wide the list of candidates will be, and that could make or break the feature, but it’s definitely interesting.

We didn’t get any info on when “Vote to play” will start, but Sony promised more details soon.
