PlayStation Vue Adds New Channels to Service Including AMC, IFC, and More

With The Walking Dead season finale just around the corner, now is the perfect time that PlayStation Vue will be adding some new channels to its service, including AMC’s stable of original programming.

Over on the PlayStation Blog, Sony revealed that several new channels have been added to the company’s PlayStation Vue service, its television streaming service provided through its PlayStation line of consoles.

In its update, Sony announced that four channels will be available as part of the new content coming to PlayStation Vue, including AMC, IFC, Sundance TV, and WeTV. All of the new channels will be available on PlayStation Vue, with IFC and Sundance to be included with the Core and Elite Packages – availability on other packages may depend on service providers and package options.

PlayStation Vue launched on March 18th in the New York, Philadelphia, and Chicago areas, with other locations to be rolled out in the near future.
