Pokemon: The Origin, the animated series based off Pokemon Red and Blue versions, is getting six Japanese TV spots, as well as some new screenshots showing off Charmander, its evolved form Charizard, Pewter City Gym Leader Brock, Mewtwo and the Viridian City Gym Leader and Team Rocket boss Giovanni himself.

As many Pokemon fans know, Giovanni's stint as a Gym Leader is a front for his true occupation, as leader of Team Rocket, an organization bent on stealing Pokemon and using them for profit and crime. His specialty is Ground-type Pokemon and he's the strongest Gym Leader in Kanto region.
