Pokkén Tournament’s Arcade Fight Controller Is Heading West

on December 24, 2015 1:22 PM

A little over a week ago, Pokken Tournament was in the news with the announcement of a new arcade fight controller being released for the Wii U. While Pokken Tournament is set to release worldwide, the controller based on the original arcade games’ control scheme was only slated for Japan — until today.

A new Amazon listing for the HORI limited edition controller went live yesterday in the US and Europe allowing gamers to pre-order the hardware. The controller is currently set at $24.99 with an expected release date of March 18, 2016 — the same launch date as the controller and Pokken Tournament in Japan.

Pokken Tournament is expected to release Spring 2016 in the West, slightly after Japan’s March 18th launch date.
