Poll Shows Nearly 70% of Voters Plan on Sticking with Sony and their PS3

The past week has been a living hell for PS3 owners and I’m sure the majority of you know why. The beloved PSN was taken down! As such you would expect many to start a riot or at least complain about their feelings of moving on to another gaming console right? Well a (still new) ongoing poll conducted by Industry Gamers found that 39.16% of current voters’ feelings have not been affected at all by the downtrodden events and 29.78% of current voters are sticking with a PS3 but are using PSN cards from now on.

That’s nearly 2,000 people who are still loyal to Sony and its PSN after all that’s happened. I mean I’ve seen smaller issues arise that have lost all the followers of the affected. The fact that an online portion of gaming culture was stripped away from gamers and the majority of them “don’t mind” is astounding. Of course there are those who are on the opposite end of the spectrum with 15.79% of current voters saying they’ll stick with Sony only if they provide free games as compensation and 11.48% of voters are moving on to other video game platforms. Feel like making your voice heard? Head on over to Industry Gamers via our source link below or simply leave a comment that I may or may not disagree with!

Pretty much your above average gamer who plays games profusely and appreciates them even more. Been gaming since the NES but is in love with anything PlayStation. No I am not a typical fanboy...I appreciate each system for their strengths and recognize their weaknesses. I just love the PS brand. (Think along the lines as someone who likes to read but loves one author in particular). Ever since my time as #2 in the world at Resistance 2, I have taken video games much more seriously. Don't get me wrong, I am a laid back, fun guy to game with...but I always play to win.
