Producer Hints to a New Tales Of Game This Generation in Video Interview

on May 2, 2012 1:31 PM

Namco Bandai Partners Europe published today the second part of the interview to the producer of the Tales Of series Hideo Baba (you can find the first part here).

Baba-san gives quite a few interesting details about how the characters of a Tales Of title are devised and designed, and shows a few gadget and memorabilia laying around in his office, but more importantly, he hints quite clearly to the fact that a new Tales Of game is being worked on for the current generation of consoles.

He also states that, due to the nature of the series, we probably won’t see a Tales Of title include a full character creation feature, and customization will be limited to costumes and possibly accessories for the foreseeable future.

You can check out the full interview below. Further episodes are supposed to be released soon.
