on December 7, 2015 11:54 PM

Yoshinori Ono, producer of the Street Fighter franchise, discusses his goals and vision for upcoming PS4 console-exclusive Street Fighter V.

He expresses his desire to create a title that would even the competitive playing field and forces players to relearn combat all over again.

Ono also wanted to allow players to essentially customize the experience they have with the game as they discover each element for themselves. He states that the developers don’t really see the fighting title as a game, rather than a set of tools provided to players to do as they will.
