According to an official tweet from Bandai Namco, despite Project Cars being supported for a Wii U release, the Wii U version will be delayed until 2015. Meanwhile, the PS4 and Xbox One versions will be releasing this November:

No reason has been given for the massive delay. It’s a shame really — since Nintendo fans supported Project Cars in the first place after the original version was cancelled and the Wii U was originally the promised console for the game.
