on September 4, 2013 11:41 PM

Until now we knew that Creative Intelligence Arts was in talks to bring the Kickstarter JRPG Project Phoenix to PS4 and PS Vita, with a “90%” chance of it to happen.

If you were hoping for said console release, it’s time to celebrate, because the developer just officially announced that the deal has been finalized and that the game will indeed come to Sony’s consoles.

The team is currently working on ironing the details and creating pledge tiers that include the PS4 or PS Vita versions, and on giving a chance to those that already pledged for the PC version to make the switch if they so wish.

At the moment of this writing the game has gathered $729,476 in pledges on Kickstarter. If you want to contribute yourself you can do so on the official Kickstarter page.
