Today Sony Computer Entertainment Japan and Asia released a new batch of screenshots of the upcoming PS Vita exclusive Freedom Wars, that will hit the Japanese shelves this summer, while a western release still hasn’t been unveiled.

The screenies give us one further glimpse on the heroine Beatrice “Lily” Anastasi, and of one of the villains and rival of the protagonist, Abel “Strafe” Barth.

We also get to see some of the rich options for the customization of our character and his “accessory,” the android that will accompany him or her during his or her battles. It’s interesting to see that thanks to an advanced voice engine, not only we’ll be able to customize the accessory’s voice very extensively with sliders for pitch and more, but we’ll also be allowed to actually input lines that will be spoken during the game.
