PS3 Welcomes Firmware 3.10 and Facebook

on November 17, 2009 2:05 PM

Remember last week when we had posted news about Facebook integration hitting the PS3 soon. Well the details have surfaced and it comes directly from Sony. It seems that we jumped the gun on it being a native application on the XMB; although you can change your PS3 Specific Facebook settings straight from the network tab. One cool unexpected feature has to be support for a trophy feed to your FB page, letting all your friends know how pathetic of a trophy whore you really are. There’s also support for PS Store download updates, but I don’t think I would want people to know about me renting “The Hannah Montana” movie from the PSN for the 20th time. They wont understand but she’s two different people! Either way check out the complete tour of Firmware version 3.10 below. Enjoy.
