The upcoming PS4 exclusive Bloodborne was showcased today at Taipei Game Show, and the presentation event with Sony Japan Studio Producer Masaaki Yamagiwa , Studio Head Allan Becker and PlayStation Asia Marketing Manager Naito Arata drew a big crowd.Sony demonstrated the game on stage, showing two player co-op gameplay including a battle against the fiery Ancient Guard Dog. And finally, the sudden appearance of Japan Studio Head Allan Becker made even the press say "eh?!" before they rolled in to take pictures.
On stage, Sony announced the release information for Bloodborne in Taiwan and the rest of Asia (pictures courtesy of Sony's official press release). The game's release date was confirmed for March 24th, priced at 1,690 New Taiwan Dollars.
The Limited Hunter Edition will be priced 1,890 NT$ and will come with the following content. A hardcover artbook, a collectible steelbook case, the full digital soundtrack, a custom PS4 theme, three different Messenger skins and a rather funny limited edition Kirkhammer letter opener, which you can see at the bottom of the post.
A PS4 bundle has been announced for the Asian market too (leaving only North America without one for the moment), including a 500 GB PS4 and its usual equipment, the game, a year of PS Plus, a PSN prepaid card, the digital soundtrack, the PS4 theme and the three messenger skins. It'll be priced NT$ 14,480 (about $ 456, which is a really good price for that bundle).
Interestingly, when you check the videos below, pay attention to the left hand of the hunter using the Kirkhammer, as he seems to be wielding a rifle that we haven't seen before.
