PS4 Exclusive Yakuza 6 Gets First Brutal Gameplay Footage from the Demo

on January 25, 2016 9:16 AM

During a livestream on Nico Nico, hosted by the creator of the Yakuza series Toshihiro Nagoshi, Sega showcased a nice batch of gameplay of the the PS4 demo for the upcoming Yakuza 6.

This is the first time that pure gameplay of the demo is shown live, after a trailer was showcased a while ago.

Interestingly, we get a glimpse on a new feature, in the form of AI-controlled NPC underlings helping Kazuma Kiryu in his battles.

Despite the proverbial terrible quality of Nico Nico streams, it’s still easy to notice that the game looks fantastic. We’ll be able to play it ourselves soon, as the demo releases on the 28th for those who purchased Yakuza: Kiwami.

Check it pout below.
